We use a unique model of intervention, called the Inter-Care Invitational Intervention (iiintervention).

If you’ve seen an intervention on TV, you’ve noticed the addict is often surprised or tricked into attending. That’s not our approach.

In an invitational intervention, you and your friends and family will learn how to invite the addict to attend the intervention and choose treatment. There is no hiding, secretiveness or dishonesty. This makes the intervention much less stressful and more healing for the whole family. The addict will not feel betrayed and is more likely to remain abstinent and complete treatment.

Invitational intervention is the best approach. If you are worried your loved one would not show up, if invited — please don’t. In our experience, 99 out of 100 addicts choose to participate in the intervention, the whole family feels better from the very beginning.
